SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
Sigma Clothing will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.
*During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Sigma Clothing by email to help@sigma-clothing.com. Sigma Clothing will proceed to refund the amount of the order including shipping costs as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse on the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.

At all times Sigma Clothing will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case Sigma Clothing will communicate it within a period not exceeding 24H working accompanied by a refund in the method of payment used by the customer for the purchase.
Shipments to the UK may be delayed slightly longer than normal due to the situation with respect to the European Union. Customs formalities may delay deliveries and, in some cases, may result in additional charges to the customer that must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.
